HOW TO CREATE A CAPITOL UNIVERSITY - OBT OFFICE ONLINE MONITORING SYSTEM ACCOUNT

1. Click "REGISTER NOW!". You have to be registered onto the system before you can login.
2. Fill in all the needed information for your registration then click Sign Up button.
3. If you are successful with your registration, an alert message will notify you that you are "Added Successfully" and will also prompt you with your LOGIN CREDENTIALS. Please take note of the details either by taking a picture or writing it down as it will prompt you only once.
(a) If the prompted message says "You're not on the masterlist", please contact us through the chat plugin at the lower right corner then repeat Step 1.
4. You may now then login and start uploading the required documents listed.
5. For futher inquiries, click the messenger app to chat for online admin.
